What we do with your information
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it. Everything below is the detail behind that.
Who we are

What we collect
What you send us. When you submit a form on this site we receive whatever you typed into it: usually your name, email address, company, phone number, and a description of your problem. On the teardown form we also receive your website address. We do not ask for anything we do not need to answer you.
What your browser sends. Ordinary web request data: IP address, user agent, the page you were on, and the site that referred you. This is used for security, for aggregate traffic counts, and to measure advertising.
What the calculator does not send. The field ticket calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are not transmitted anywhere unless you explicitly ask us to email you the breakdown, in which case you are submitting a form like any other.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you, to prepare whatever you asked for, and to run the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.
Who else sees it
A small number of services process data on our behalf, and only the parts they need:
- Cloudflare serves this site and handles form submissions. It sees request data including your IP address.
- Resend delivers the email that carries your form submission to us.
- Cal.com handles booking if you schedule a call, and receives what you enter on that page.
If a project requires us to touch your business documents, that is governed by the signed agreement for that engagement, not by this page. In those engagements the software runs in your own cloud accounts and we do not hold your data.
Advertising
We do not currently run advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this page changes with it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within two years. Records tied to work we were paid for are kept for seven years, because tax and contract law require it.
Your choices
Email contact@thrivedevelopment.io and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why. If you are in a place with statutory data rights, this is how you exercise them.
If you received an email from us and do not want another, say so in a reply. One sentence is enough and we will not follow up.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If what we collect or who processes it changes, this page is updated in the same change that causes it, and the date at the top moves.
