- Redesign, content migration and re-platforming for an agency site, delivered Section 508 conformant rather than remediated afterwards.
- Section 508 remediation
- Bringing an existing site, application or document set to conformance, with a VPAT and a defensible test record rather than an assertion.
- Back-end developer support
- Senior engineering capacity against an existing backlog, on a task order or BPA call, working inside the agency’s own stack and repository.
- Web-based training and LMS integration
- Course delivery built to work with the learning management system already in place rather than alongside it.
- GIS and mapping applications
- Improvements to spatial applications and the data pipelines behind them, including open-source stacks such as QGIS and PostGIS.

How we can be bought
- Micro-purchase
- At or under $15,000, on a government purchase card, with no competitive bidding required. Prototypes, code audits, database optimization, a stalled integration. This is the fastest way onto a federal ledger and we will take work at this size.
- Simplified acquisition
- Under $350,000, through an RFQ or a purchase order. This band is where most of the work we are built for actually sits.
- Task and delivery orders
- Against an existing BPA or IDIQ held by the agency, where we are eligible to receive a call.
- Subcontract to a prime
- Senior engineering capacity under a prime already holding the vehicle, including where the prime has small business subcontracting goals to meet.
Section 508
Section 508 incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level AA. That is what anything we deliver into a federal environment is built and tested against, with a keyboard and a screen reader, before delivery rather than after a finding. We produce a VPAT on request.
This is a different standard from the WCAG 2.1 AA that applies to state and local government under the DOJ Title II rule. We work under both and do not treat them as the same requirement.
For primes and SBLOs
If you carry small business subcontracting goals and need senior engineering capacity that will not create work for you, that is a conversation worth having. We understand the sub position: you own the client relationship, we deliver against your scope, and nothing goes to the customer without you seeing it.
We will sign a teaming agreement ahead of a proposal rather than after an award, and we will tell you plainly if we are not the right fit for a particular scope. Send the statement of work and you get an answer on capability and availability the same day.
Past performance
No federal contracts yet. What we offer instead is core team past performance — systems the people here delivered in prior senior roles — described by scope and scale, and named where we are free to name them. It is labeled that way because it is not company past performance, and a contracting officer who catches that distinction being blurred is right to stop reading.
