What is different about the work here.

If you are outside Texas and the problem sounds like the one described here, say so on the call rather than assuming it is a no.

Do you work with Houston law firms specifically?
We are based in Houston and most of our work is Texas plaintiff firms. Being local means the on-site portion of an engagement is genuinely on-site, and that we know which record custodians in this city are slow.
What areas around Houston do you cover?
Harris County and the surrounding counties — Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston — and the rest of Texas remotely. Most of the work happens remotely regardless; the difference is that meeting in person is easy rather than an expedition.
What does custom software cost a Houston firm?
The same as anywhere: $60k – $90k for a workflow, typically $75,000, over about six weeks. Smaller pieces start at $6,500. Being local does not change the price and we do not charge a premium for the drive.
Do you only work with personal injury firms?
Plaintiff practices mainly — personal injury, mass tort, workers compensation and Social Security disability. The common thread is documents arriving late, in volume and in no order, which is the problem we build against.
Can we meet in person?
