§ Law firm intake software

An inquiry at nine at night, answered before they call the next firm.

Intake built for your firm rather than rented by the seat. It answers, qualifies, checks conflicts and routes — on your domain, in your accounts, and the code is yours at the end.

Intake Inbound 21:47
Source Paid search, mobile
Matter type Auto, rear-end
Conflict check Clear
Statute runs 14 months
Answered in 41 seconds

Signed Packet sent and the call routed to the on-duty attorney. No human was awake for this.

Out of hours 41 sec
Illustrative sample. Not a client record.

What it produces

Answers in under a minute, always
Day or night. Responding inside a minute is reported to lift conversion by 391 percent, and almost nobody does it because nothing is watching the inbox at nine at night.
Qualifies before a person is involved
Matter type, jurisdiction, and whether it is work you take — established from what the person already typed.
Runs the conflict check at first contact
Not three days later, after an intake call has happened and somebody has heard something they should not have.
Establishes when the statute runs
Or at least whether it is close enough to matter, which decides how fast the rest has to move.
Carries the source through to signature
So cost per signed case by channel is a number on one line rather than an argument.

Limits

What it does not do.

Stated up front, because you find these out in week two anyway and it is better if you hear them from us.

  • Decide whether to take a case. It gathers, checks and routes. An attorney decides, and is no longer the bottleneck for the first response.
  • Replace your intake coordinator. It handles the hours nobody is working and the questions nobody needs judgment for.
  • Sign a client. It gets a qualified person in front of the right attorney faster than the firm they called next.
  • Work without your rules. What you take and what you decline is configuration, and getting it wrong is worse than being slow.

The question everybody asks

We already have an intake form. Is this not the same thing?

A form emails somebody who reads it the next working morning. That is the gap. The measurable version of this is to submit an inquiry through your own site at nine in the evening and record when a human replies — most firms find a comfortable median and a long, ugly tail, and the tail is made almost entirely of the hours when answering would have been worth the most.

What it costs

  1. Intake Rebuild
    $6,500 Two to three weeks

Your site gets inquiries. Some of them never get answered in time.

  2. Search Foundation
    $9,500 Three to four weeks

You buy all your cases. You want a source you keep.

We do not promise rankings. Nobody honestly can. You are buying the setup and owning it, not a spot on page one.

  3. Case Pipeline Most start here
    $15,000 – $25,000 Four to six weeks

You spend five figures a month on cases you do not own.

  4. Records and document automation
    $60,000 – $90,000 Six weeks

Signing cases is not your problem. Working them is.

See what each one includes

Before Every one of these starts with a free 30-minute call. The biggest one starts with a paid week first, the Workflow Audit, at $7,500. You get a working prototype and a fixed quote out of it, and you can stop there.

After Keeping it working costs $1,000 – $1,500 / mo. You can cancel any time, and nothing switches off if you do.

Always Fixed price. You own the code. No monthly fee to keep using it.

Questions a partner asks

What is law firm intake software?

Software that handles everything between somebody first contacting a firm and reaching an attorney: capturing the inquiry, qualifying the matter, checking for conflicts, establishing deadlines and routing it to the right person. The point is that it runs at three in the morning as well as at eleven on a Tuesday.

How fast should a firm respond to an inquiry?

Inside a minute if you can and inside five if you cannot. Responding within a minute is reported to lift conversion by around 391 percent. The exact multiple deserves suspicion; the direction does not, because every study of it points the same way.

Does this replace our case management system?

No. It connects to it. Replacing the system of record is expensive, disruptive, and leaves the gaps between your systems exactly where they were.

What does it cost?

The intake rebuild runs $6,500 over two to three weeks and is the narrowest useful version. A full case pipeline, including follow-up and client updates, runs $15,000 to $25,000.

Do we own it?

Yes. It runs in your own cloud accounts on your keys, the source is in your repository, and there are no seat licenses. If you stop talking to us, nothing switches off.

What about after-hours calls rather than forms?

Calls are a different problem and often better solved by an answering service you already use. What this fixes is the web inquiry that arrives at nine at night and sits until Thursday, which is the one nobody is covering.

Not ready to book a call

Send us five pages of a record set. We will send back what we found in it.

Five pages is enough, redacted however you like. You get a short video back within two business days showing what a chronology would surface from it: the dates, the gaps, the things worth knowing before the other side finds them.

  1. Send five pages of a real file. Redact whatever you like first.
  2. We run them and record what comes out, including what it misses.
  3. You get the video within two business days. If there is nothing worth showing, we say so.

Free records teardown

A short video showing what a chronology would surface from five pages of your own file. Back within two business days, and there is nothing to book or sit through to get it.

No call booked, no obligation. If your site is already doing the job we will tell you that and you will not hear from us again.
