Annual cost is salary × 1.30 ÷ 1,775 × hours per case × cases a year. The three-year comparison is that figure × 3 against a build at $60,000 – $90,000 plus support at 15 to 25 percent a year. Change any assumption you disagree with by adjusting the inputs — we would rather you argued with the number than took it.
