- Everything runs in your AWS, Azure or Google tenant, billed to your accounts, on your own model provider contract.

- In your repository, under a license permitting unrestricted use. No seat licenses, no revenue share, nothing to renegotiate.
- 90 days defect warranty
- Defects are ours for ninety days after handover. After that, support is optional and the cheaper tier is the one we recommend.
- We say no
- If your volume does not clear a build, we tell you to buy something off the shelf. That costs us the engagement and it is the reason the rest is worth believing.

You should be able to tell in week one whether this is going badly.
Week one is access and integration reality — whether we can read from and write to what you already run, which is the single largest variable in the project. You get that answer in writing by Friday, along with any change to the date it causes. Working software runs on your own documents by the end of week two.

What kind of software do you build for law firms?
Records and chronology automation, intake and case flow, demand package assembly, and the integration layer between systems a firm already runs. Plaintiff practices specifically — personal injury, mass tort, workers compensation and Social Security disability.
What does custom legal software cost?
A single well-scoped workflow runs $60k – $90k, typically $75,000, over about six weeks. Smaller pieces start at $6,500. Keeping it working runs $1,000 – $1,500 / mo, which is roughly the published benchmark of 15 to 25 percent of the build per year.
How long does a build take?
Six weeks for one workflow, provided the scope stays at one workflow. Projects that run long almost always grew rather than moved slowly. Integration is the variable that moves a date, and we establish it in week one rather than week four.
Do you work with firms outside Texas?
We are in Houston and most of our work is Texas plaintiff firms, which is a deliberate focus rather than a boundary. The records and intake problems are not state-specific. If you are elsewhere and the fit is right, say so on the call.
What happens to our client data?
It stays in your perimeter. The software runs in your own cloud accounts on your own API keys, configured for zero retention where the provider offers it. Nothing you give us trains any model, and that is contractual rather than a promise on a page.
What if we want to stop working with you?
Nothing switches off. The source is in your repository, the infrastructure is in your accounts, and the documentation is written for whoever inherits it. Ending the relationship costs you nothing but our phone number.
Why should we not just buy a product?
Usually you should, and we will say so. Buy when a product fits your process without you reshaping the firm around it. Build when the value is in connecting systems you already run, which is the one thing no product company can sell you.
